With the launch of our debut Holiday Collection in June 2011, you will see fine materials like silk and wool and impeccable construction techniques combined to create sweet dresses, ruffled collars, and stylish coats for little ladies. Inspired by the beautiful design aesthetic of Paris in the 1950's, this collection is sophisticated and whimsical - with just a pinch of proper.
Ana Louie Apparel is based on the idea that every little girl can dream big. The real-life Ana was adopted from China at 11 months old and started drawing dresses and putting together cute outfits at age 5. She often wanted to wear the "girl-sized" version of what her mom had on and developed a mature fashion sensibility. Today, eight-year-old Ana's sketches are the foundation of our whole process; the clothes that we design, create and manufacture at Ana Louie Apparel all begin with her ideas.
A socially-conscious company, we feel passionately about giving back to Ana's birth country and wants to help all little girls become realize their creativity and personal style.
